The annual Slava of Saints Constantine and Helena is the main village patron feast (seoska slava) of Vratnica, honoring the Emperor and his mother, who serve as the spiritual protectors of the village and its church.  The morning starts with a special Divine Liturgy at the parish church. The priest blesses the sacred festive bread (slavski kolač), cooked wheat (žito), and red wine to invoke health and blessing for the community.  In keeping with Orthodox slava tradition, every home in Vratnica opens its doors to relatives, neighbors, and guests.  Community celebrations take place throughout the day in the village center, featuring traditional food, drinks, music, dance, and sports.
